What Happens to our Brain When we are Stressed

When your brain senses danger, it sends never signals down to your spinal to the adrenal glands; which tells them to release the hormone adrenaline. When adrenaline is released, it increases the sugar levels in your blood, increases your heart rate, as well as your blood pressure.
